Our Firm

For over 45 years, Paul J. Leventon has dedicated his professional career to helping families in Western Pennsylvania.

Established in 1998, Paul J. Leventon & Associates, P.C. prides itself on personal service and attention to the individual needs of each client. When your financial security or the custody of your children is at stake, you need an experienced professional dedicated to getting the best possible result for you.

As a law firm devoted almost exclusively to family law, we have handled a significant number of divorce and custody cases. One characteristic that has made our firm successful is our approach to case preparation. We prepare for each case as if it may go to trial, a practice which puts the other side on notice - we are serious. This approach often leads to favorable settlements for our clients. When mutual agreement is not possible, our thorough case preparation is advantageous at trial.

We understand that every divorce presents a unique set of circumstances and that every client has individualized needs. We also recognize that, in most instances, you will remain in touch with your former spouse after divorce to raise the children. Let our experience guide you through the complexities of divorce so that you and your family can move forward, together or separately - but with dignity.
